I called to get a quote for my rear windshield today. The employee that answered the phone, Season, quoted me $900. My mechanic quoted me $389. She then proceeded to say they probably use after market glass and Speedy doesn’t. She also said their’s comes with a one-year warranty. I did the math and it seems to me they are taking my “deductible” money, then my insurance company for about the same. I was shocked. People say insurance companies take our money. Friendly staff and quick service
No one seems to know what they are doing at this place. Twice they scheduled, had my car, and called to say they ordered the wrong windshield. The third time, they didn’t receive the new one. I missed work and drove back and forth for no reason three times from Plainfield. They should be embarrassed. Nothing speedy about this place. They all need to be retrained. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble!
