Customer service was excellent. Appointment day after I called and finished when they said they would. Very happy with their service
Fast service and exceptionally courteous staff.
Replacement windshield was installed ok but on the way home discovered one of the windscreen wipers was not refitted correctly. The wipers were hitting each other. I adjusted it myself when I got home but then also discovered both the battery terminal covers were not refitted, but that was a quick fix. However the washer fluid pipe had also not been reconnected either so generally not impressed on the attention to details. Also makes me wonder about other details (like the lane assist camera recalibration).
Customer service absolutely horrendous. I was unable to effectively communicate as the "customer service" agent kept interrupting and speaking over me after they failed to install my windshield mouldings correctly. Would not recommend. Emailed customer service twice with no communication back with regards to this issue.
