My factory sunroof on my 2019 Ford Edge exploded for no reason and within min of talking to them on the phone they had the part ordered and coming into town in less then 14 hrs. The dealership told me it would take them 3 weeks that’s right 3 whole weeks for them to get it fixed and that they wouldn’t cover it under warranty. Novus saved me big time. True story I was driving back home to OC from a Gun show in Phoenix when a large rock from the tractor/trailer in front of me hit my window I was approximately 6 miles out of Yuma area when I started calling places if anyone can fix a window real quick. I stopped at Novus glass they fixed it in about 30 minutes. On a Sunday and they didn't even charge me my damn ATM card wasn't working and there was no Wells Fargo open until Monday morning.
