Unprofessional, over priced, charges your card when the requested work is not even done, their workers call off constantly which means you have to continue to wait for service. I’m waiting almost a month and have been charged. Terrible company do not use.
Absolutely horrible service! I switched to their cleaning service for my company, hoping to use them long term. I signed the agreement 8/31 and I have yet to receive proper service. They charged almost $300 for one room carpet only when that is not what I asked for. Please stay away do not use!
We have a couple different cleaning companies clean our offices. They did far better than the other ones. The next day everyone noticed how clean everything was. Things that haven't been cleaned were clean. We have even paid the old company extra to do a deep clean and it wasn't as clean as they did. The sinks were shiny even the one the techs use to wash their greasy hands. They called the next morning to see what we thought.
