End of lease carpet cleaning did not get agent approval. Had to pay to get it done again. Looks like he just used water. Charged more than quoted... Don't use these guys!!
Very unprofessional! They canceled the initial appointment and when we rescheduled, I called two hours before to confirm my appointment and they confirmed, two hours later, they cancelled again! Even though I told them it is urgent! I don’t get how they call themselves “ speedy”!
Tldr: DO NOT USE. OVERPRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL.We needed the carpet cleaned for end of a lease and a receipt. We were quoted ~$95 for 3 rooms and we only had 2. On the day the cleaner charges $160. Horrific business practice. Due to us needing to hand the keys the next day we paid the money. He said that they were charging us an extra $30 due to needing to climb a flight of stairs and then had the audacity to ask us to help him carry the equipment up. Namish charged an arm and a leg for a service that was performed terribly … he also requested payment be made directly to him and said he will come back and do the service in the future by himself for a cheaper price off the books … asked him to come back and redo carpets he showed up 2hrs late with a spray bottle and offered to spot clean instead Total waste of time and money .. worse service
