I went through this car wash, and when I got to my destination after going through the car wash, I realized that the entire back of my car had not been washed. I have called and left a message to see about getting a refund, but it’s insane to pay $25 for a car wash to not even get the back of my car cleaned.
My car was really dirty with the snow we just had and I got the Ultimate wash and my car came out looking brand new again, wonderful staff that came and helped me as I was having trouble paying and even the managers were very kind and eager to answer any questions I had I would give this place a 10/10 and would recommend anyone come here
Mostly a pretty good and thorough wash. There are some complaints, though. The rear of my SUV is ignored by the dryers. That has to be dried by hand. If you pay extra for the wheel shine, it's inconsistent on the tire. It seems like the roller applicator isn't getting its coverage to spread on the tire. You have to supply your own towels, as well. It's still a 4-star for the good wash and the vacuums.
