Nice car wash
Went in this morning to use the auto car wash due to me having a lot of bird droppings on my car. The gentleman (possibly the owner?) came over and said that there was a possibility it wouldn't all come off and offered to bring a bucket of water and a sponge to soften/wipe the dried stuff off to help with that, and while the wash didn't get everything off it did help a lot and I appreciate the gentleman taking the time to do that for me. Great Customer Service! Definitely didn't expect this at a car wash like this.
Used the self service wash with a debit card, Spent aprox. 4 minutes just to spray off the dust and rinse. Have used before and it had charged $3.00 that was acceptable, but this time it charged me $10 for the 4 minutes. That is crazy. I called their number with no answer and no way to leave a message. Anyone else using it I would not use anything but cash as the card method is a rip off as there is no way to get it back. I must edit this review since my feelings have been softened as the company has gone back on 2 occasions... read more
