Old guy who thinks he knows everything. Told him before he purchased a rack and pinion from us for a 14 Q50 with adaptive steering that it is going to require purchasing steering modules and very expensive reprogramming directly from the dealer. Now he's saying its defective despite not doing that. Old man needs to retire.
speedy sold me a rack for a Honda and I replaced it and in less than 2 days it leaked out the side of the rack so I took it back and he replaced it...it happen again now we are on our third rack and he felt I didn't know what I was doing so I took it to another shop had them check it and they said it was the rack now he doesn't want to give me my money back,I must take a credit but I have gotten it checked by another shop he was very nice when I was buying it but now that the problem is with his product he doesn't want to do... read more
