Although they agreed to fix my car after booking only a day earlier as I had to travel for last minute. It's was only a 1.5 hour u joint change.They charged 175/ hour , the reason I bought the parts myself($80 u joints). It costs 115/ hr if they buy the parts. Bill was 375 for a 1.5hour ujoint change. Unbelievable! I am never going back there!

Such a poor customer service. I moved from South Ontario and after seeing speedy in this town I felt so happy because down south speedy offers very good service with affordable price and they provide customer the best. Now, I’m disappointed it’s over priced and the customer service was terrible
I booked a wheel alignment I was told I needed a part (1part) to do the alignment. I said ok what is price. Oh we don’t know yet. I still wanted to get it done go ahead I said ok. I went in the next to get my car I get a bill close to 1000$. I said what why so much. Without my permission they bought 2-3 other pieces to put on my car. Ok they needed it for the alignment. But out of common courtesy they should have called me to tell me more had to be bought in order to finish alignment. Very not happy
