Good honest interaction with the staff!
Called at 10:30am on a Friday and had a new muffler installed by 1pm the same day. Mechanic took the time to explain and show what needed replacing. The owner/manager (Donald) was great to deal with.
Took me in right away during christmas week and fixed my exhaust quickly and for a great price. Thank you!
Literally the best owner and mechanics I have ever been to. It doesn't matter where we move to around Ottawa, we will always bring our vehicles here. Great people who all have been at the shop for quite some time, which is saying a lot both as an employer and overall human. If you don't go here, you're doing yourself a disservice.
