Quoted me for a repair and then called to upcharge the price after the repair was done. Told me I had no choice but to pay the higher price since it was already done. I got them to do it slightly cheaper after much debate, but still more expensive than the original quote. Very disappointing business practice. Did an amazing job fitting my custom exhaust. Friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain certain things.
I cannot say enough great things about Mike and the technicians at this Speedy on Carling Ave. Not only are they super efficient, (brought car in one day, ready at 8 :30 am the next) but they are well priced, very respectful, and fun to have a little chat with when I pick up my car. I can't recommend them enough. I never write reviews, so take my word for it!! I'll be recommending them to all, and I'll be back with any future concerns. Thanks guys, Sue T.
