I have been a customer of Mike's for well over 10 years now. He and his staff of mechanics have been looking after our cars (6 of them) and have respectfully and honestly provided great service and fair pricing. Mike and his team walk you through the repairs that are necessary to keep my family safe. A+
Mauvaise expérience.
I showed up without an appointment while travelling through Ottawa. Within 5 minutes the mechanic had fixed my minor issue and didn't even charge me (very speedy indeed!). Looks like a well-run place with good staff. I am usually skeptical of chain mechanic places but I'd go back here for bigger repairs if I am in Ottawa again. Thanks!
I have dealt with Mike and his team at Speedy for over 40 years. I do not deal with any other providers because I know I have the absolute best possible care for my car with Mike. Even though I moved to Pembroke from Ottawa in 2023 - I still take my car to Mike for whatever it needs. Mike shops for best car parts at the most reasonable prices and - he passes on the savings to his customers.
