Paid for a front left wheel hub and brakes here in Sept, but the noise never stopped. In April, a certified Honda dealer confirmed in writing AND captured video proof that Speedy Auto Service improperly installed the hub, creating a major safety hazard. When I brought the dealer's proof to the manager, Brian, on Friday, he completely denied it, mockingly said he "could make a video too," and demanded the old scrapped part.
