Brian and his team provide excellent service! They welcome their guests with care and attention, always explaining the services needed and giving clear dates for follow-up visits. They are honest and transparent about the required services and very organized as well!
Without a proper diagnosis they initially told me they would change the spark plugs and coil. After a complete misdiagnosis they changed the spark plugs which didn’t fix the misfire issue and told me I’m fine to drive back to Toronto although my engine light was flickering. The codes read engine too lean and a misfire on cylinder 3. I took the car to my mechanic in Toronto who diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and changed out my injector. Brian, he is the best
Went in for a wheel alignment based on the offer displayed outside the service center for 109.99. Ended up paying 175$ and the advisor just made a story to make sure the cost stays. The alignment print was also not given with the invoice, and I had to ask for it to know how much of a difference the alignment was. Don't be fooled by the discounts/offers. Think twice before giving your car to them.
