Great service. They know what there doing and good prices. They did a great job on my landrover breaks and ill be going back for more work in the future. The boss was very nice.

I was looking for a muffler repair shop for my 3 cars (I'm new to Ottawa) but the person answering the phones was not exactly friendly / inviting. If they can't manage the basic customer service skills, they don't deserve my business. Lots of others to try.
Brian and his team provide excellent service! They welcome their guests with care and attention, always explaining the services needed and giving clear dates for follow-up visits. They are honest and transparent about the required services and very organized as well!
