Very accommodating on a very busy day. (First snowfall of the year). Kurt Ganness took my early morning call and squeezed me in even though he said they were booked solid. He listened to my dilemma and adjusted his busy schedule to fit my need. He could have quickly and abruptly passed me off...but he didn't...and got me in to get my tires swapped. Excellent service and finished a little sooner than we had expected!
Nothing but absolute joy coming here. I had an emergency as my tire got a flat. Luckily I had my own tire inflator so was able to at least make it to the shop . Before I arrived I was calling around frantic and no one could fit me in for a quick service tire swap. I understand it’s busy season due to winter approaching but Kurt at front desk was very understanding of the situation and took care of me. Just wanted to say, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE KURT!
