I had an excellent experience at Speedy Auto Service! Garrett and wendi were both amazing — very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, gave honest advice, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly. Great customer service and a team you can trust. Highly recommend!
A very disappointing experience.Not only were my tyres fitted the wrong way round (the white lettering was fitted to the inside instead of outside-seemingly my fault for not specifying despite the original tyres being white lettering to the outside and no-one checked to see what I wanted) but the tyre inflations were all wildly incorrect.Pretty poor really.
Had a good experience today at speedy. I called them yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get my car in the very next day. Certainly doesn’t happen these days and times most garage. Just take a couple of weeks to get you in. Was shown what needed to be done was given a couple of alternatives by the mechanic no extra pricing car sounds great. Even received A courtesy drive home while I waited for the work to be done
Great service. I ended up having a plate that came loose under the bottom of my car that began to scape the ground whenever I was driving. I called Speedy and they were able to take my car in the next day! They are very flexible and are able to help cars that need to be looked at immediately! I have also been going to them for a number of years now and they have always provided me with great service and are honest and good people.
