Why have online booking at all if they never contact you with an actual appointment time? Email bounces back and nobody answers the phone, very annoying. Voicemail says “your call is very important to us” but clearly it is not. If people are supposed to just show up then just say that, don’t send an email that you need to wait for an appointment time, it’s disrespectful of a client’s time.
We picked up our Chevy Trax this morning, and we can honestly say that we have never dealt with a more professional and knowledgeable team. After being stranded in Ottawa, Grant and his staff diagnosed the problem and repaired it promptly. We live in White Lake, so this is a 200km turnaround for us. We would not hesitate to drive this distance all day long to receive this excellence of service. Thanks to the team. Donna & Dave Downey
I recently had my brakes done there with exceptional service. My car was in at 08:00 and I had a written quote by 09:00. Job was completed by 2:00. No surprises, fast friendly service. I highly recommend them.
