Great customer service till the point you buy an item from them after that its all downhill! They managed to wreck my new bumper since it was apparant they did not know how to reinstall it! Worst part of all they tried to lie about it. Did a horrible job installing fog lights I bought from them! They couldn't even manage to fix the problem they created! By all means avoid this place to save yourself from a headache, frustration and loss of money! The #1 chop shop ������������
Speed world all I can say is no good customer service or parts they sell. You get no warranty and they give you the run around.
1 star is too many. lousy workers, had to bring my car back a couple of times to fix it properly. Took them over 3 weeks to get the part and every time I called the place to find out when it's coming, they lied. They return your car filthy dirty back, no respect basically. Avoid!!!!!
Excellent customer service. The new manager Brett is great at what he does and will go out of the way to make sure your satisfied with what you need. Definitely the place to go to in queens for any automotive needs.
New management has definitely gave the place a new vibe I love coming in to purchase what I need bretts a good guy much appreciated.
For me best part about coming to this shop is as soon as you walk through the door you are treated with respect no matter what type of vehicle you own. The sales guys really go out of their way to make sure all of your needs and expectations are met and it shows. The new manager Brett has taken this place to the next level ! If you live in NY this place you wanna take any of your vehicles too.
