Michael, is excellent at customer service! He honestly wants nothing but his customers to be perfectly happy. I thought I wanted the red one so Michael ordered it and installed it for me. However, when I saw it I wasn't happy with it. I ended up buying the white one which is SO nice, quiet and fast. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
