First time renting an RV for a weekend music festival. I was able to schedule a time for pick up and return that worked for me. Adam was super friendly and ran through everything I needed to know and offered amazing customer service. The RV was well maintained and so convenient. We ran into no issues all weekend. Everything from the fridge, to the AC, to the stove and the hot water all worked like new which made for a nice and relaxing weekend. I cannot recommend this place enough for RV rentals!
Phenomenal service. Nat in the sales department was a breeze to work with. Financing was great at making sure we got the absolute best rate we could. We had a slight hiccup after bringing our camper home and they made everything right and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Will recommend to anyone who wants to buy an rv.
I would rate them a 10 if possible. This has been the best experience we have had with RV repair. We were traveling and needed to replace the batteries in our Transit van and stopped at Speedway RV in Monroe Washington. Stacie was able to help us get the new batteries and get them installed. Through the process James found we had a solar panel controller that needed replaced and was installed improperly from the factory. Stacie got approval from the warrantee and had the parts ordered. I can’t recommend this place enough. I dropped off my trailer. Had some work done to it they helped me with the lights, people there are very friendly and professional. 100% recommend
