My order was delayed for an extended period, and when I asked for a simple goodwill gesture due to the inconvenience, I was told they couldn’t help and that it was the vendor’s issue. There was no effort to take responsibility or support the customer experience in any way. Overall, I expected more accountability and customer support from a company I’ve supported heavily. This experience made it clear that once there’s an issue outside their direct control, the customer is left on their own.

Speedway Motor Sports would not let the disaster volunteers drive their forklift across the 20 feet of space SMI rents in the warehouse where the supplies are being sent out to the victims of Hurricane Helene in East Tennessee.
