Very dishonest dealership. My husband and I recently bought a Grand Wagoneer from them. The transaction was smooth, but during the test drive, we noticed a scratch on the wheel and a sensor alert. They said the sensor would be covered under warranty since it’s a 2024 with low mileage — but the scratch wasn’t. Very shady dealership. I recently bought a Grand Wagoneer from them — over $80K vehicle. Drove all the way from Branson, didn’t negotiate, very easy customer. During the test drive, I noticed a scratch on the wheel and a sensor warning message — was told it’s under warranty, so I let it go. After driving 4 hours home, the sensor issue kept coming back. Brought my 1996 grand cherokee in with a non starting problem , brought it them cause it the dealer they are or should be experience with there own brand , 150 an hour to diagnose , 185 an hour to fix . Much more than everybody else but thought i was paying for experienced mechanics. So they come back with a quote of 906 dollars more to diagnose after the first hour all they found was it wasnt communicating with pcm which they would have know 5 to ten minutes after plugging in the scan tool.
