I bought a new 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie yesterday. Process was really smooth. Started texting with Vegas on the sales team in the morning, got rough numbers figured out and a few hours later I was driving home in my new truck. Very transparent pricing and trade-in process. Would highly recommend Mainstreet and Vegas to anyone.
2 different issues on my jeep that I asked to be repaired, I was called and told SPECIFICALLY what the problem was and what part was needed and how much to fix. I agreed. After paying $4971.00 to repair a ESIM part for gas line Electrical issue for headlight and a throttle body (minus oil change and tune up) my jeep was NOT fixed even though they said it was done and ready. Bought a used F-150 lightning here. Worked with Vegas who was super helpful. Vegas didn’t up and leave for hours at a time like other salesmen I have dealt with. Concerns that I had was all documented in a guarantee to be addressed before I made the purchase and since I live 2 hours away, Vegas was even able to help arrange having the vehicle delivered.
It was an easy process, even though I was out of state. I love my new car, thanks to Vegas and everyone at Main Street!
