I wish I could post a zero. We visited this store on Sunday 2/1/26 around 1:50Pm. We stopped in for drinks. The store was ABSOLUTELY TRASHED. Soaked floor, napkins and papers spread around, many of the drinks in the fountain were not available, 1 ice machine not available. The worst part was WALKING OUT INTO A HUGE PLUME OF EMPLOYEE SMOKE JUST OUTSIDE THE DOORS. An older lady, longer gray hair, in uniform just chilling smoking RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. A disgusting filthy store and employees smoking. Fix it!
Older white Female employee "screamed" Make sure you pay for that!!!, While I was waiting in line to purchase the desirable items my family and I stopped @ this terrible gas station for, i regret this decision because of the embarrassment they've caused to me infront of my family and other customers there. PLEASE AVOID THIS Speedway GAS Station if you come across this arrogant employee who has nothing better to do, but to get in your business and find a way to embarrass you and make rude comments!
I've talked to many other people about this problem but there's issues with buying gas with your card we're more than once we have been charged for gas and it never went to the pump and the cashier will tell us that it'll be back in a few days and we'll just have to pay for gas again but it never gets sent back and the bank tells us that speedway hasn't even processed any refund I'm 90% sure they're using a skimmer to steal money and I'm a ready to report it to the police if it happens again because it does not take a month ... read more
If you're going to Speedway for coffee or fountain drinks, just don't. The coffee area is always barely filled with creamer pods. Last time I was there, even the big cans of sugar and powdered creamer powder were ALL empty. There were 8 of them empty on the counters. The fountain machine is always filthy and so many of the options are out every single time. As far as the staff goes, I couldn't describe any of them as nice or helpful that's for sure.
If i could give no star I would. I tried plying my lottery which were 5 numbers on a slip at 10 pm on a Saturday night. The cashier at 11/8/25 told me with an attuide that they turn off the machine at 10 a few dont run any lottery. Now I know thats a lie because I go to 2 diff speedways on my way to work everyday. All are the same. She was either lazy and or didn't know how to run it which is an inconvenience for me. Everytime I come to this location it's horrible service 😒
