GET YO TIRE SHINE FIXED!!! Been there twice, got the PROTECT wash for 32$ just to see one side of my tires really dull. The manager has already been told about this as told by one of the attendant who spoke really politely about this. POOR BUSINESS SKILLS IF YOU CANT EVEN FIX YOUR TOOLS EVEN AFTER BEEN TOLD TWO WEEKS AGO. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
I visited to redeem a promotional coupon for their top-tier $29.95 wash on my new van. While I was given a code for the vacuum bay, the customer service quickly went downhill. I went to use the window cleaner and rags stationed right there to wipe the inside of my windshield, only to have a staff member come out and aggressively confront me.
