Is this a joke?......I finally, after looking forward to the experience, went through today, and I have never been so disappointed in my life. The staff were Amazing!, however....the was was garbage. I did not think it was possible for a car to go through and come out dirtier than it went in, and I only had a bit of dirt on it. Brand new car had to be washed AFTER going through, as was the car behind me, and the one behind her......your dryer did not dry at all, your brushes left scratches on my hood....and that's amazing be... read more
