Had my car washed at jtown location on 7/27/25 at 1013 am didn't come clean went back up to see about a rewash very unprofessional young manager said no that will be the last 26.00 I spend there an i will be canceling my wife membership very bad customer service

This is my opinion is the best location. I had lost a piece off my car and didn't notice until I was home, but I called the next morning and they had found it and saved it for me, saving me from buying a new part. Thank you very much
