As a package purchaser, I have noticed since this car wash location opened several glitches over time, We have gone through and did not get the wash we signed up for, dry off rollers not working correctly, and twice did not get a rinse and had to ask to go back through. Staff are great, I think computer and mechanical issues over time are starting to show up.
(2020 review, was 5 stars) "I like the 25 dollar wash. They wipe down your car pretty well inside and out." Update (10/2025): I just downgraded my membership. I was paying 40+ dollars for a car wash, it was $15 to add a wipe down that.... did not get everything out of even just the dash board. It's very disappointing that I was paying $25 a month for a full service and the quality was better. I'm highly disappointed. Up the road, you can get a better deal for $20.... Staff not able to communicate well. Not many payment options.
They use more soap than to other place I usually go to. My car is clean. No complaints.
