Just went to get a carwash on my buick preferred encore, ( have done this before since I've owned it) I paid for the 17.00 wash. Get through the wash and pull around to the vacuums to do a quick run through the floorboards. I go to the back hatch it's completely covered in soap, not dry not clean, covered in soap and soaking wet. I open the hatch. Soap is all inside along the seam. I purchased the 18$ car wash in which at the time the receipt printer wasn’t working at gate 1. After exiting the car wash I vacuumed my car out. I then noticed that the car wash left marks and scraped up my front bumper. While filling out an incident report I received rude service when I asked to get a copy of my receipt. I own a 2018 Nissan Maxima Dark Pearl Blue. I live close to the River Rd location in Bowling Green. I have a speed wash pass monthly plan. I love the convenience of driving my car through and vacuuming it at the same location.
