I purchased the 18$ car wash in which at the time the receipt printer wasn’t working at gate 1. After exiting the car wash I vacuumed my car out. I then noticed that the car wash left marks and scraped up my front bumper. While filling out an incident report I received rude service when I asked to get a copy of my receipt.
