My wife took her car in for a repair and while pulling out the car and the owner pulled out her car when done and hit another car. He took no responsibility for the damage and has not provided his insurance information. I am sure he does good work but he does now do the right thing if something goes wrong. Take responsibility!
Came in because I found a loose piece under my car and wanted to make sure nothing serious had fallen off. Francis, the owner, took the time to check it out and let me know it actually wasn’t a part from my car. He inspected things and made sure everything looked good—and didn’t charge me a dime. That kind of honesty is rare. Francis was super cool, straightforward, and didn’t try to turn a quick check into some unnecessary repair. Really appreciate the time he took just to give me peace of mind.
I came here for an oil change and ended up fixing another issue they found during the change. Francis was very thorough with explaining what was needed and what he recommended. He was accommodating to get my issue resolved ASAP.
