Not bad. Price is great. The rinse and dry part could have used a bit more water to rinse and wind to dry (but that's just my taste). My Sportage still had soap bubbles between the doors and trunk but, did a nice job washing. I would suggest not taking off the Do it yourself Hand wash side, but understand the reasons. And the vacuums work GREAT! You guys won 3 more customers. And their customer service is on point. Update 9/15/26 I decided to take my sisters car in. I'm extremely disappointed. To start with, the woman at the register immediately tried to up sell me even though I said it was my first time there. Then she waxed poetic about how wonderful their service is but I couldn't agree less. They completely ignored my cup holders and didn't bother to clean the infotainment screen. I can't believe I paid $50 for this
