We received great service from Speedishuttle. Mei was on time picking us up and dropping us off again at the airport. She was also very friendly and helpful.
Paid in full weeks in advance only to show up and they said they didn’t have a driver for me leaving my party of 9 stranded. Lovely service

Speedishuttle literally saved my husband and myself a few days ago. It was 8:30pm on a Sunday night, we were just getting out of an all day emergency room visit in Waimea, Kauai. We had no car to get back to our condo in Poipu (20 miles away) Literally everything was closed….no taxi, no hotels, no Ubers, no bus on Sunday. We were stuck! I had a similar experience in Sept. 2024 as some others have had with this service on Kauai. I made a reservation to be picked up at my hotel and taken to the Lihui airport, and confirmed the reservation the night before. On the scheduled date and time, I waited in the hotel lobby for pickup. The driver never showed up. Three calls to the dispatcher got me three different answers as to the driver's whereabouts.
