I had a similar experience in Sept. 2024 as some others have had with this service on Kauai. I made a reservation to be picked up at my hotel and taken to the Lihui airport, and confirmed the reservation the night before. On the scheduled date and time, I waited in the hotel lobby for pickup. The driver never showed up. Three calls to the dispatcher got me three different answers as to the driver's whereabouts.
