Most times the service is great. However, in this last trip, the dispatcher or scheduler scheduled two pick up times 15 minutes apart that needed to be 30 minutes apart. The distance between these two pick up spots takes 29 minutes with NO traffic, so this is IMPOSSIBLE to meet the 15 minutes provided to the driver for the far away scheduled pickups.
