I was a day late. I thought my appt. Was Friday but it was the day before. The lady ( I forgot her name) was very understanding. I was mortified. I was willing to make a new appt. But she worked hard with the mechanics to get me in. Can't get better service than that!!
I took my car to Speedi due to a strange, intermittent noise that I didn't recognize. Steve, the service adviser, accurately predicted what the noise was from. It was a no cost repair. However, Steve told me that my front brakes were almost 100% worn. I asked when they could get to my brake replacement. Steve said right now! I’m grateful to have found the best local mechanic for my 25 year old Toyota Sienna. I got a full brake job, oil change and state inspection that came in well under my estimate. Their oil change location so impressed me it’s no surprise this location matches the quality, knowledgeable service, and professionalism. It’s rare to find a mechanic willing to take a minute and inform you about your vehicle! We recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from Speedi Automotive. We are very impressed by the quality of the vehicle. The people at Speedi are very nice and extremely helpful. They are working hard to provide good used vehicles at reasonable prices. If we lived in the area we would go there for all of our automotive needs.
