I’ve loved my experience with Speedfit Kotara so far. The team are amazing and have created such a welcoming space for everyone. The classes are quick but give excellent results. I love feeling my muscles activate so well in such a short amount of time. I’m feeling stronger and more energised. Would highly recommend!
