Employee Brandon prefers every single time to tell you that its a 2 hour wait and for you to come back the next morning. To minimize work for them. Horrible service. Even $39 dollar special won’t save this location, I hope the owner knows. 😬
I went to Midas at 11227 Culebra Rd., San Antonio, TX 78253 because my car was jerking and making a whining noise. They charged me $500 to replace spark plugs, but the real issue was never addressed. The car’s computer showed clear codes (P268111 and P268115) pointing to a coolant bypass valve problem, not spark plugs. Midas either ignored the real issue or failed to diagnose it properly, and my car still drives badly, just like before the visit. Brandon tries to rip you off with some sort of diagnostic fee of over $200. Saying that they can’t do anything unless you get it. All I needed was a new battery. Beware of that guy.
Friendly service and super fast to get my truck serviced. Lots of space to sit and plenty of parking available. The inside has cold air conditioner, a TV to kill time and a fridge for drinks while you wait.
They robbed my daughter dont let your females go in alone .they are absolute crooks
