Update: Corporate reached out to me to try and resolve the situation. I think that says a lot about the company. I am sure if I pressed it I could have gotten a free oil change out of the deal but for me acknowledgement was enough. An effort was made and we live in a world where effort is sometimes lacking. In 2000 miles when I need my next oil change I'll give these guys another shot knowing that if I have an issue someone is listening. It was a inexpensive oil change. Good service.
Horrible customer service. This is the second time I had scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed ahead of time and will be the last time I ever go there. I call yesterday to schedule a 10am appointment for oil change and inspection (I have been bringing vehicles here for 8 years because they are lowest price synthetic in the area).
