Very professional! My go to place for sure!
The very best place in Jackson to get a very thorough auto inspection, oil filters, and tire rotation done very quickly! Upon my tire rotation they found that my rear breaks needed more attention. My rotors were heat stressed and cracked & my pads were getting pretty thin. I immediately got on the schedule to bring my car back for the needed safety repair to my breaks. I have always had a good experience , but I think they need to NOT have their new techs give advice..The tech said I needed 4 tires,yet the same day as I was about to leave another tech said the tires were fine…That has happened twice…Their trainers should be the ones to give the advice/recommendations to their customers .
