The new management is definitely making some positive improvements to this place. The tech’s are much more thorough with their work, and they’re great about reviewing everything they found during their assessment with you. Have been taking my vehicles here for years and will continue to.

Was very stern to make me buy a more expensive oil change kept telling me no for the cheaper one
Waited over a half hour and they still did not start a simple oil change where my van was blocking that bay the entire time! Another man waiting over 1.5 hours gave up shortly before I did. Apparently they do not want the high prices our fleet companies pay! Also did not enjoy the radical right wing TV channel they had blaring volume of... Hmmm, do they not understand politics and business do not mix? Especially in a city like this that is two thirds hispanic even though I am not, I fully appreciate my hard working neighbors... read more
