Super fast and friendly service
I came in for oil change and they showed me the last person who changed the oil (not Speedy) stripped the oil pan thread. Francisco showed me and they were able to replace it. I didn’t expect it, but when I went to pay, the owner Michael had been updated on my situation from Francisco, they gave me a new drain plug for free, and discount on the oil change. The new owners are great! Thank you all.
Great place. Fast. They don’t ever push me to buy any extras - they just let me know what may need to be purchased soon! Kind staff.
Went for a Diagnostic check and ended waiting 2 hours watching them ignore my car to instead service Amazon Trucks so make sure there’s none on the company lot before you ask for anything other than an Oil Change or you’ll be waiting for hours. By the time I was fed up and decided to leave I was told they “didn’t see” my paperwork and to come back later if I had more time.
