Slow, unreliable. Can't get ahold of anyone. Takes over a week to get packages a short distance and if they run out of time in the day to deliver, they just push it to the next day. I've been waiting on a package for 9 days because they are incompetent.
Delivered as promised.
Cheap but very slow. It can take 7 days or more to get an item shipped 250 miles. If you need your shipment in a timely manner, I suggest anyone else!
Nancy in customer service is outstanding. My package was misplaced within the SpeeDee Delivery System, and Nancy went above and beyond to make phone calls, place a special "urgent" label on a my shipment, and make me know she cared. Robert Browser, local driver in Sioux City, also went beyond expectations, by calling me early this morning, to tell me the package had been received locally, and would be delivered today.
