Slow delivery. Seems like most packages just sit in Sioux City forever. Nowhere near as quick as other companies like ASAP.
Absolutely horrendous delivery service! Don’t waste your time.
Slow, unreliable. Can't get ahold of anyone. Takes over a week to get packages a short distance and if they run out of time in the day to deliver, they just push it to the next day. I've been waiting on a package for 9 days because they are incompetent.
Delivered as promised.
Cheap but very slow. It can take 7 days or more to get an item shipped 250 miles. If you need your shipment in a timely manner, I suggest anyone else!
