The technician by the name of Alfonso Ron claimed my rug was “saturated “ with urine and was “ unsalvageable”. These claims are completely false and impossible. Wonderful service. They were able to get me in the next day. Technician was very friendly and gave me lots of info on products I was previously using. Did an amazing job and got the pet smell out no problem! Definitely recommend!
