I was trained by Coach Mason over the course of 8 years as an adult and my son as a student athlete. He is the most motivating and caring trainer that works on your personal training goals. I was 350 pounds when I started training with Coach Mason and I never felt insecure about my weight; he modified my exercises when necessary and provided endless encouragement, meal plans, and help with my journey. One of the best speed, strength and conditioning coach I've ever had. I play professionally and sports at the highest level and can say I wouldn't been able to unlock my full potential if it wasn't for coach Mason and speeddoctorz2! He will push and support you and he knows his stuff!
Mason is the best. He pushes with encouragement and discipline. Takes ZERO laziness!!! My son loves it!
