Blown steer tire on the roadside, called at 3:45pm, was told 1 road call ahead of you then you, be a couple hours, didn’t arrive until 8:35pm very poor service, should have used the local guy who said 2 hours away also. Will next time. Would not use this place again.

Never trust on there ETAs They first give me 2 hours eta and when i called after waiting 3 hours they told me it will still take 1-1.5 hours and after-that waiting for 1.5 hours they told me eta is in 2 hours. These guys just playing with customers.

This location is totally unorganized, the trainee is doing all the work with no supervision and mistakes happened, mistakes that will cost people waiting in line. I was there for almost six hours to get an oil change. I only had 2 trucks ahead of me. Only one bay working.
