Well, I wasn’t expecting to be down for 11 hours, but as soon as they put me on the door, Mr. Shane overnight shift tech did right by me. I came in for what I thought was just a slow steering air leak, but it turned out I had a cracked rim. He was able to get the approval quickly replace it and get me back on the road...!! Thank you bro!
