I had a blown out trailer tire. I was fortunate that there was no line. I was under load and pressed for time. The service writer expedited writing up the invoice and the techs got to work quickly. Had me in and out in about 30 minutes. They saved my ass on this load.
This speedco is a joke, I waited here for 3 hours for my pm ,after they take me in , they told me ,they are not able to do the oil change ,because they lost tool for take of oil filter! Kinder garden!!!
Useless guy behind the counter, ask a simple question about a switch not engaging the auto start on my truck, he immediately went to we don't work on anything in cab. Dosen't everything in cab operate everything on the outside? Kinda defeats the purpose of a mechanic if he can't figure out anything past the firewall or inside for that matter. I would have settled for a simple statement like maybe it's a fuse, probably safer to diagnose myself anyway....
Called ahead to ask if they stock 3/4 or 5/8 heater hose. Yes they do, in both rubber and silicone. Acquired the necessary length of hose, and with Cameron’s help, got the damaged hose replaced.
Be careful parking here, and look around before you leave. You'll find screws and other objects that can penetrate your tires around your truck.
