Called ahead to ask if they stock 3/4 or 5/8 heater hose. Yes they do, in both rubber and silicone. Acquired the necessary length of hose, and with Cameron’s help, got the damaged hose replaced.
Be careful parking here, and look around before you leave. You'll find screws and other objects that can penetrate your tires around your truck.
We arrived at the Love’s tire service center around 3:50 PM and scheduled an appointment. They told us it would take about 3 hours. At 6:20 PM they called us in, and by 6:35 PM the truck was inside the service bay. We waited while they found and replaced the tire, and everything was wrapped up by 7:30 PM. The guy who worked on our tire was very polite and did a great job — plus he even aired up all our tires for free, which we really appreciated. Aside from the long wait, everything went smoothly. Worst service ever!!! We’re trying to buy me extra tire instead of my by removing rubber from the rim and not put it back!
Nathan at the service desk was very professional and concerned a great deal for customer satisfaction. These guys are honest and forthcoming and they get the job done.
