The shop mechanic lead is lazy and unprofessional. Anyone who knows how long it take to change a tire when they don’t have any other customers is around 20min start to finish after 4 hours and 4-5 maintenance guys standing around just jaw jacking. Failed to do their job, better to call over the road, even at 2 hours to get to you it’s still won’t be 4 hours
Checked in at 10am. They told me 5 hours. I was okay with that. My trailer wasn't holding air. Had a bad valve seal. 5pm came around still no call. Went to check on status. Got me in the bay at around 8pm. Another truck that came after me (who couldn't even park his truck in the bay correctly. Took the mechanic to help him for 20 minutes to get it strait) was helped before me and got his truck out of the shop faster. My truck wasn't finished till 11:30pm!! Crazy slow service!!

William was great. My problem couldn’t be solved here, they did refer me to a different shop. They took the time to explain what was going on at no charge.the only problem was no parking . They gave me a special spot next to the shop. The morning shift came in knocking telling me to leave because they need the spot.. well they didn’t. Every bay was open. I had a great experience with this shop and highly recommend their services. Manager William and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciate their hard work and dedication, and I will definitely be returning for future services.
