Zero star waiting for at least six hours just for one tire fixing that’s insane
We had a really bad experience. We had an issue with an air line under our semi-trailer and couldn't roll. We checked into the shop and were told it would be a three-hour wait. After waiting the full three hours, they told us they couldn't actually get to it today. They completely wasted our time. We called for roadside assistance from another party, but once they arrived, the Love's staff told us we had to leave the parking lot and fix it on the side of the road.
