The shop lady name Melissa is very helpful and professional. When she is in the shop everyone is working. When she is not... You got the drift. Wonder why she is not the shop manager, she would be very good at it. She knows what she is doing and doing it very well. Just because of her I give it 5 stars, otherwise I would rate it -1. Have been in the shop for past 4 hours. And Noone is to be found workingon my truck. They work for 5 min and then wonder around for 30 min.
Jeff and the service manger guy with red hair and glasses by far the best i seen at any speedco location thanks guys skip over flowood and come here
