Waited over 4 and a half hours for a repair for a simple airline fix with no real proper communication other than just confusion for me 🤬

Very disappointing experience with trailer tire service. I checked in at 2:30 p.m. and was told the wait would be 2–3 hours. Customers who arrived after me were served first. It is now 8:00 p.m., and I'm still waiting. The waiting list appears to be managed very poorly. When I raised the issue with the Love's store manager, the response was simply, "Wait or leave." I went in for a punctured tire and ended up waiting three hours. The shop looked legit—they were holding a proper company meeting—but the lobby was full of non-working employees talking about hood stuff, killing people, mocking me and showing off a old used 2022 blue Dodge challenger with a "Hemi" 84mth at 22.95%IR but the mechanic who actually fixed the tire was a good guy with solid customer service and people skills, which helped take the edge off the long wait.
