The reviews don't lie. This place is extremely understaffed. Also workers that just sit around and work slow. They can't even get to me for 3 and 1/2 hours. I've already been sitting here for a half hour and initially they told me as soon as the tech get back they could work on it. I went inside to check with the tech and he's over there playing on his phone. He is very dirty so I know he has been working but there still is no excuse for this kind of wait. Very bad service! From 11:00 pm to 8:00 am they change two wheels and they won't replace them! I've never seen anything like this before!
The shop won't answer phone calls.
This is really horrible place.
