Worst Loves ever!!!! We set up rss And waited for 4 hours. After 4 hours when we called theyt said they had emergency and cannot come. 4 HOURS FOR NOTHING AND DIDNT EVEN INFORMED!!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at the Love’s Travel Stop in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. I spoke with a mechanic named Alex about a possible issue with my truck. He looked at the truck from the outside only and shared what he thought the problem might be. He told me he was not sure what the actual problem was, and he did not inspect, diagnose, or perform any repairs on my truck. During our conversation, I felt he was rude and unprofessional. When I came in ask for tire replacement they said waiting time 2-3 hours and I waited for 3 hours and go back in ask now they saying 5 trucks ahead of me so I have to wait another 3-4 hours

Best repair shop I’ve been to in my 9 years of trucking. These folks are professional, friendly, honest and really know their stuff. They took great care of my truck and didn’t charge me a penny even with all the issues I brought to them after another shop made a mistake and didn’t do the job right. Sorry for all the extra hassle. I truly appreciate everything you guys did.
