Great job guys! Quick service. Very nice people.
Went into shop for steer tires. They put on trailer tires but put the trailer indicator to the inside so it wasn’t visible and charged me the steer tire price. After a few months when the tires were wearing funny I went to pomp’s tire where the mistake was noticed. I notified love’s corporate office of the issue. I complied with all their requests and filled the paperwork they needed. After that, they ghosted me. Loves refuses to rectify this issue and assumes no responsibility.
