i cant put no star for them, we went there for oil change, but it was the worst experience which I had in my entire life
I stopped at this location to make sure my tanker was all-the-way dry. I had a couple drops of water on the plunger but I needed two thick zip ties to attach a towel to a pole. And I was in a rush. I walked into the Speedco shop and asked if they had a couple thick zip ties and the pleasant woman behind the counter walked me out to the shop and just handed them to me. That sounds simple but this doesn’t happen at most places. I APPRECIATE the time-saving measures. I’m bookmarking this spot for future use. Top-notch.
Probably my worst experience at loves. Checked in at 3:30 JUST FOR A PM and there was 2 trucks in front of me. They said theyd call me to pull in when they’re ready for me. So 6 hours roll by and no call, I walk in and they said they’re still working on a trailer but I would be next. I walk back in for an update a half hour later and they have some other truck in a bay for a mechanical issue? I thought I was next? I was like okay whatever but they told me I had to wait till morning but I would be the first truck in the morni... read more
