Had the pleasure of dealing with albert as my mechanic for an electrical issue as well as a PM. He’s very easy to deal with and does a fabulous job. I wish that all of the other mechanics were as good as he is. The service writers (two of them) were actually kind of lacking though. I gave all of the necessary information when i checked in BUT still had to give it AGAIN later on as well. Such as what oil type and mileage as an example. There's nothing speedy about this place at all. I checked in for a tire repair on my trailer. I had one truck infront of me. I go back in 2 hrs later. They tell me there now 2 trucks ahead of me. They said the time I get fixed would be approximately 6 hours of me being here. What a joke, drivers stop using places like this and go to mom and pop shops.
