I had one of the worst service experiences at Love’s Truck Care. I arrived because my water pump was leaking. I clearly told the service advisor from the beginning: “My water pump is leaking. I need the water pump replaced.” They told me to wait. I waited over 3 hours before they finally brought my truck into the shop. After I parked inside, they sent me to the waiting room. We had a tire going flat when we stopped at the Loves Station. We quickly drove over to Speedco to see if they could help us. While they were not really able to help us with our tire, Tracey was an amazing help to us while I changed my tire. We really appreciated his concern and kindness.
To slow . 1 truck in the shop for service oil change. 3 people on duty working. Still have to wait hrs to get a tire . Ridiculous.
