Pésimo servicio, pare aquí para realizar PM, tengo 3 horas esperando y aun no me llaman, cabe mencionar que desde que llegue la bahía de servicio está desocupada y todos están dentro del almacen platicando
I had a really frustrating experience at this service station. I waited for PM service for my truck from 4pm to 10pm, only to be told at the end that they couldn’t help me “today”. I already wait here about 6 hours.It felt like a complete waste of time, especially since no one mentioned any issues when I first arrived. The lack of communication and consideration for customers is disappointing. If you can’t provide service, at least be upfront about it instead of making people wait unnecessarily. I won’t be coming back.
