I found a nail in my tire this morning. Since I didn’t want to be late for my delivery, I used a tire plug kit and fixed it myself. The tire was almost new, and I thought this would prevent damage from driving on it flat. After inflating it, it wasn’t leaking anymore. I then drove to your shop hoping to have a proper patch installed. After waiting for three hours, I was told that because I had already plugged the tire myself, you would not repair it.
