They took almost 18 hours to change a trailer tire!!!! They kept adding truck after truck in front of me. Other than the people ACTING professional.... there were no professionals. I do NOT recommend this store at all!!! Also to make it even worse.... one of the technicians said that the longest wait is 25 hours!!!!
The unfortunate thing is that they have to improve the service because I arrived around 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm to change a tire and the person at the cauter told me that I had to wait until midnight just to change a tire and I told him to put me on shift and he put me and you know what I waited for and they never called me and when I went to the cauter all there was was a truck in the bey the service is not working
Arrived at noon. Told 2trucks ahead and 2hr wait. At 3:30 told 2 trucks ahead of me and 2 hour wait STILL! THIS PLACE SUX!
