Walked in at 1408 was no vehicles in any of the 3 bays. Needed a PM checked in and was told as soon as the guy gets off break we will call you. Two hours later walked in. Another truck driver was waiting to get checked in, I asked if there was anyone here as it definitely looked empty even had food bags sitting at the counter. The other driver said he had been waiting 15 minutes and had not seen anyone. His wife came out of bathroom and they left. They don't know how to work and don't want to, they're lazy, we need to fire them all and hire normal people
Lazy people I checked in around 5pm Workers said they had 4 people waiting, their 3 bays were empty not body truck in and they weren't sure they would serve me. While they were talking in the parking lot, Doing nothing they closed at 11.
